Simply Put.....terrific! Our home was listed with a Real Estate competitor for well over a year with very few showings and not a single offer. When our contractual obligation had ended we employed Ms. Fortney to list and hopefully sell our home. Within one month we had several showings and by the end of the second month we had a clean contract and went to settlement within ninety days.
